I've never seen anything official either, but there is a bolt/plug in the center of the rear that you can remove and add a bit of oil/grease to the rear bearing.

I'm not sure that any of the T444E's use a vacuum pump. I've only looked at a couple of them and they had an engine mounted compressor for air brakes.

Thanks Rod, I really want to know if there is a cross number between the FORD and IH in the same vacuum pump for our OBS trucks? I have a IH dealer in town and thougth I could buy one from them for my truck.
