My fuel pump is a rebuilt replacement, not even sure what brand. There were 2 basic Carter fuel pumps Ford installed on FE engines, the rebuildable variety and the non rebuildable type.
Question 1 for our historians: Which type of fuel pump came on the 2V truck 352 from the factory?
Question 2: Did the rebuildable variety have any features that would identify it as a Carter? The non rebuildable variety has Carter cast into the side making it easily identifiable, but I don't know if that holds true for the rebuildable type.
I found a picture of a C9TZ-9350A fuel pump for a 360/390 and it is the "button top" non rebuildable Carter version with "Made in the USA" cast into the body. I'm pretty sure the '66 would be pretty much the same thing. The rebuildable Carter pumps normally are found on high performance cars, so I wouldn't expect to find them on a 2V truck engine.
