could that stupid harness cause the injectors to act up funny? almost skipping at chattering. no smoke stock tuning a new fuel filter fixed it last time but not this time out of ideas. cackle is loud on both sides of truck really pisses me off in traffic or beside a building. im thinking it is fuel related just dont know where btw no codes and mpg at 16 in town

I am more thinking that the mixing screens in the tank are clogged. Have you done the in tank mod? Or fuel Pump, what is your fuel pressure?

Stock mixing screens in the tank. Here is mine that i took out. They are a very fine mesh screen.

There was a little plug on the back side of the filter housing. yes. . I think a 3/16" allen wrench got it off to hook up a pressure gauge. I ran a temporary hose up under the hood and put the gauge under my wiper blade to go for a drive. (so i can see it.)
