Dead e4od only have reverse

Dead e4od only have reverse
96 f250 4*4 460 e40d 105K
I've owned this truck for 1 year it is good running truck.
Never had any problems except for the other day I was going
to work and stopped at stop sign and took off and trannmission
felt like it was in high gear it bog and went.I got to work and
pulled into the parking lot and went through the gears and it would
not do anything no reverse could not roll it even in neutral let it set a while and it was fine after that. Untill two days ago when I going 45-50mph in overdrive and tranny seems to slip in to neutral
and when I was coasting I shifted to 2nd and 1st nothing. Stopped
the truck and the only reverse works now. When you put it in 1/2/3
its like neutral no forward movement. Any thoughts?
