First check all of your under hood fuses, especially #22. If 22 is blown then unplug your fuel heater on the side of your fuel filter housing. Do you have any tach movement while cranking it over? If not replace your CPS.
Check your fuel pressure while cranking. Check the Timmerman nut on the IPR for tightness. Check the plug on the IPR. If all of the above are good, get a cap and a plug to fit the high pressure oil supply hoses. Remove the high pressure oil supply hose to one head and cap off the hose and the fitting on the head (if you have a HXP remove it and plug off the locations where it was). Try cranking the truck. If it does not crank, cap off the high pressure oil supply to the other head and reconnect to the first head, try crnking it again. If it cranks on one head, pull the valve cover on the other head, reconnect the high pressure oil supply, pull the #9 MAXI fuse to keep the IDM from firing and crank the engine over while watching the injectors, if you see oil coming from one or more injectors, there's your problem. Oil coming from around the base of the injector means blow o-rings, oil coming from the spill spout means stuck open injector. Let us know what you find.
