Alarm valet help

Hey,
My son has a 1999 ranger 4x4 with a dealer installed alarm ( code alarm), how do I turn it on/off valet? no push button or switch under dash and LED is not a push button.

try this sequence with the key.

on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off-on......... The lights should flash to confirm.
