Allignment question

Where can I find the design camber toe-in and caster settings (w/ tolerances) for my Mountaineer, 98, 5L V8 2wd?

I read an interesting claim on another web site. Is it true that "radials tires don't like more than 1/32nds of an inch toe-in (0.06 degrees) PER SIDE" and "typically published alignment tolerances are twice that"?

Thanks

the "design" values cover a wide range. i set the toe in at 3/16 inch total. i use a level to see that the tire vertical is tipped 1/4 to 3/8 inch inward toward the motor at the top edge. closer you get to these values, the less tire wear you have. after 20k miles you can see any wear pattern and adjust the toe in-out slightly if needed, but 3/16 normally is best.
