Remember this is just your run of the mill 4v cast iron intake. Yes used on the S code 390 Mustang and Cougars but also every other 4v engine as well. Just don't get suckered into thinking it's a rare hipo intake. As it's not.

Was there no difference between the "S" code intake and other 4v's?

I thought the "S" code was a dual plane as opposed to the ports being the same heighth on other 4v's..?

There is a difference between the S intake and earlier versions. The S and T intakes are both 66 and later intakes. Both are dual plane and have the smaller port size compared to the earlier low riser intakes. Sorry I should have been more specific.
