Red Engine light

Red Engine light
I have a 1988 Ford F250 2wd long bed with 4.9 I6. the truck has two engine lights one that reads "check engine" and its yellow in color and the other is red and reads "engine". the red engine stays on, need some help in trying to find the problem!!!

Uh,......Do not run it anymore until you find out why it has no oil pressure, thats the red light!. (Possibly its just a bad temp or oil sender unit.)

As was already said, it's a warning to check the oil pressure and engine temperature gauges.

yea, the oil and temp gauges are not working so I think I need to get them fixed and see if that solves the problem. thanks for the help
