Just for starters,
You could lift the hood after it dark out and look for any spark plug wires arcing if the wires are old. Plus check for vacuum leaks from many places like dizzy vacuum advance
or it's rubber line, if auto trans check the rubber line that hooks to the trans hard line & power booster line and any capped off vacuum nipples capped off plugs if any.

Spark plugs, wires, cap & rotor, brake booster are all only a couple months old. I'm thinking its the brake booster. I changed the vacuum hose with a new one and after that is when the truck started doing this. But it could be the wires or something idk. Hope to figure it out
Get some quick start spray an spray it around areas you think it could being leaking & then some. Theirs a short rubber line at the tranny Module if it's an auto trans. These get to leaking or even the Module can suck tranny fluid and get to smoking out the tail pipe.

Since it started after you change the booster's hose I would aim there. Spray around the Booster's vacuum check valve and it's rubber grommet. Then check the other end of that hose.
