This is the toolbox I was refering to. I always thought it was called a contractor's box.
It's a neat old truck even came with the original warranty cards.
I still have my original 1965 Warranty card, and...it has my name on it.

This parts catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com for around 22 bucks (edit: how many loonies that is, I dunno).
NOTE: 1964/66's also came with a tool box...it will not fit a 1967/72!
