98 150 4.6 P0174 code

I am getting code P0174 system to lean (Bank 2). Does anyone know what can cause this and what i can to do to fix this with out taking it to the dealer.

Just a guess, a bad intake gasket on that bank allowing unmetered air into the engine. Try an unlit propane torch around the intake on that side. If you get a increase in RPM in a certain area, then you are on the right track. Good luck!

What King Ranch says times 2. You can use carb cleaner too, just not as 'clean' as propane. If you get P0171 (the other bank) too then you might look at some other things like PCV hoses, cleaning MAF sensor.
