I just bought a new one. I have never been so impressed with a new toy in my life. Made it feel like I was 17 again.

 

I just bought one on Saturday and selling my 93'lightning what a difference between the first and the current but I still love my 93 but it's got to go only room for one love in the garage at a time.
Have fun... that's what it's all about.

 

I just bought one too 2001 silver and I love it . Where can I find on the truck what # it is?

 

You won't be able to find that out until the end of the build - so sometime in the September time frame is when it usually becomes available.

Guys, don't be saying that, I WANT ONE!!! Only problem is, is that they are $42,000 CDN. Course, I may wait til I move to the states, that is, if SVT stays running that long (not looking good).

What do you think about the tailights?

 

I personally love the new tail lights there almost custom looking and the headlights are great also but the most fun is in the seat....

 

How much did you get for your '93?

 

Ford is supposed to mail you a certificate of ownership. I had to ask for mine.
It will tell you everything you want to know.

 

I sold the 93 for $7150 had 129000 miles on it but in good condition, I still miss that truck even though I have a new 01L but the new one is faster and the looks I get with it make losing the 93L alittle easier.

Congrats to you. I just purchased a 2001 White Lightning last Sunday. I originally went to the dealer to test drive a 2001 Rousch Expedition (not a bad ride). After the test drive, I asked the salesman if I could also test drive the showroom Lightning... and to my surprise he said take it for a spin without him. This was about 4:30 PM on Saturday. By ll:00 AM the next day I was the proud owner of a brand new Lightning. I love it in white!!! bqr
