Morning Tammie, I feer that I' am never afraid my dear close friend for I have been cut from a tough piece of rawhide that is hard to get a bite into, as for the buttons and ***** I' am like an old black and white television set from years gone by where sometimes you could get the picture to hold for a bit even stomping on the floor some times to straighten things out and then the next time......................no matter what you do Jed Clampette just rolls down the screen unable to lock in with a snowy background. Thought I forgot did you.LOL!
I have as well been noted as scary once in while in nice kind of way.

*HI* WHY-oming....no time in the AM to get online...having to get 6 people up and at'em and sending them off for the day and then getting myself ready for the day while doing all the above sure doesnt leave mych time to BREATHE!!!!
but I do have some GREAT news....LOL.....at least for me......I am getting closer and closer to my ideal weight......have been walking up (and down) six flights of stairs six times each day, walking 3 blocks to and from work, and not even wathcing what I eat has been good for me~~~
on breaks I walk up a flight across the floor, up a flight across the floor...all the way up and then down a flight, across the floor, down a flight, across the floor...all the way down...I also rotate which end of the building I start each break at......at lunch, I walk up all four flights across the floor and then back down all four, rotating which end I start on......before work, I walk down a flight and after work I walk up a flight......
going to begin a new plan starting tomorrow......take BP when I get to work (they have a machine), take BP before and after each stair climb and once more before leaving work.....gotta see what I am getting my heart rate up to and how all of this is affecting my BP.....that BP med is gonna be un-needed before I know it......
already fitting into a size smaller jeans, and getting REALLY excited~~~~
what have all of YOU been up too??????

dear, OLD, friend Orrie........I gots to tell ya, pally...you have NEVER frightened me.....I wasnt cut from a tough piece of hide, yet events in life have curred the precious hide I once possessed and given me a pretty rough and tough exterior......it takes a bit at times to get through it, but once inside.....well, you know exactly what I am talking about
