No trailer lights

Just wondering if someone could help me out .I have a seven pole trailer plug which plugs into the factory plug under the truck, the only lights that work are the running lights no signal or brake.I uplugged it at the factory plug to test it ,same results, Are there fuses for the different circuits going to the trailer plug?
2004 f-350 6.0
Any help would be appreciated.

There is a separate fuse for the trailer turn signal/stop light connector, and a relay. Check your owner's manual.

If you don't have an owner's manual, you can download one here.

Not on an '04 Powerstroke, no. There are no fuses under the hood. The trailer tow stop/turn fuse is #6 in the CJB under the dash. Parking/running lights is #38, backup light is #39, 12v power is #115.

The stop/turn relays are in Auxiliary Relay Box #5, which is under the hood. The parking/running, backup and 12v power relays are in the CJB.
