So it has leaf springs right? If you want to level the front the add a leafs are probably your best best. I'm pretty sure the blocks are always for the rear.

Well I am seeing both kits for sale. The blocks are like $60-100 and the leaf springs are like $250 - $300. The money is not the problem i just want to do it once and do it right so i was looking for someone that may have done it already to ask their opinion.

I'm sure someone will speak up with more knowledge, but, I don't think block on the front are recommended. This is for safety reasons.

New springs, drop hanger, spring pack for the front no blocks. Too much happens on the front end to use blocks.

MistaBob, I have a 04 F-350 extended cab that I put a 1 1/2 inch Tuff Country add-a-leaf leveling kit in. It looks real good and rides just a little stiffer than stock. I have had it in for 4 or 5 years with no problems and it was an easy install. Me and my brother did installed it in an hour and a half. This kit does not raise the truck that high that you have any issues with the sway bar links, brake lines, shocks or drive shaft. I purchased the kit from the Suspension Connection in Utah for $99.00 plus shipping. I see on their web site that the same kit is $116.05 today. Where in New York are you?

Good luck, Bob
