97 ,98?

Wheres the forum for 19997 or 1998 F-250's?
I thought there was no 1998's but I saw one for sale today.

Just because you saw it listed as a 98 doesnt make it one. All 98s that were sold before the superduty change were billed as "late 97" and the first superdutys came out as model year 99. Technically ford did not have a 1998 model year from the factory.

I dont believe so

Someone may prove me wrong, but thats what i remember reading about. (I did my senior projects in HS on the history of ford trucks.)

what about the "light-duty" F250 from '98? You know the one with the "new" F150 body.

Only for the light duty F250s built on the same platform as the 10th gen F150s. My dad has a '97 F250HD, it was built in '98, but says '97 on the registration. This forum covers the HD trucks, as they are the same as '92-'96 trucks. The '97/'98 F250LDs should be in the '97-'04 forum.

yes it does. F350s were split same as the F250s
