In the top, right hand corner of the posts are 2 red colored buttons. One is to report a post, and the other is for adding reputation. Click on the post and leave a short atta boy. The rep points give those little green bars under your location. That's about it.

I hear you how many gets a bar. I didn't know we could give reps until a couple of guys said they had sent me some on a different forum. So maybe I should have rep'd you before.

IMOP he deserves many many more than he gets... I know his knowledge has been passed to me and I have passed it to others so he should get credit for that as well.
