how hard is it??
hey guys, hard a problem with my truckk last night and i wana to *** tranny temp oil temp, oil psi. how hard is it to install this? also how hard is it to drain the trans in my 88 ranger with a auto.? thanks-steve-

i dont know on adding an tranny temp, but oil presure really aint to bad. find the old psi sensor. depending on the engine it can be located on the back or front and sometimes the side of the block. should have one wire coming out of the old sensior. remove and install the new tube and fitting.

about temp sensor.... you can easily use Ford ECT ore fuel temperature sensor used on detroit diesel MB4000.... Look for better place for gauge in cabine....
But anyway you are to make fitting for it and the best point to measure - fluid outlet to tranny cooler
