Yes recipocating mass makes enormous difference on towing performance. I put E load (10 ply) tires on my truck and OMG, it really sucked the hp down on the truck. I cant wait to burn threw them to put on some lighter tires and maybe aluminum rims.

I see that you're in Texas by your profile,but not knowing where it's hard to recommend a company to buy a tuner from. Best bet is a local shop that can tailor the tune to exactly your needs,and not just sell you a cookie cutter program.
