project 92 exploder 80's 302, aod 31 spline tranny

anybody help???!!!
I am building up a 92 explorer, 1980 302 block with aod 31 spline trans out of full size bronco, 1356 bw t case too big to fit between frame rails, am looking at advance adapters to use t case that came out of truck elec shift bw 1350 t case ,not sure how well that would hold up though ,adapter is pricey too $600.
Any suggestions??

The Np 205 is more compact, why not use that?

Yeah the NP-205 would be your best best. Stronger and more compact.
