rc we put the hose back on w/ new o-ring.

festus yeah yeah i seem to do that a lot... my redneck mind is a little slow... inventive but slow.

When you installed the hose are you sure the roll pin went on the right side of the flange on the hose?

That is one of those need three hands jobs when you are holding the hose, slave cylinder and trying to install the roll pin.

I have found the master cylinder end is much easier since it is bolted solid to the firewall.

Are you losing fluid?

My guess is the slave is the problem.

it does not look like any fluid is gone, but it is acting like it got full of air, like it lost its prime

bleeder valve was loose on the slave
