6637 Battery Tray??

I have the Tymar Intake set-up on my truck.

Dad drove my truck for a week and was really impressed with how the intake and MKO exhaust really opened up the truck while towing.

He has PMS i'm hoping.

I am gonna put exhausts and 6637 intake kits from clay on my two work trucks..

The trucks are a 2001, and a 2003.

What do you guys do for a battery tray?

I see the stock air box might be able to be separated?

Is this what you guys do??

My factory battery box is intact.

Yep, just seperate the battery tray from the stock airbox.

i unbolted the factory box then 15 minutes later decided i didnt like it then took the sawzall to it and its perfection with 5 minutes of sawzall

I just bent a piece of steel, drilled some holes to match the factory bolt locations, then placed a mat on the steel to elevate the battery above the bolt heads.
