Booster Linkage on 74

I have a power booster from late 70's (I believe) with linkage that doubles the travel at the booster. This linkage is between the firewall and booster. My queston is... did the early 70's power brake booster also have this linkage?

The parts house shows a different booster between the early 70's and late 70's, and I'm not sure what the difference is besides the shape.

As far a I know they changed to the a straight through rod in '78. All the reast of the years used that linkage you're talking about.

Thanks, I may actually have an earlier booster than I thought. I'll be using it on a '66 disc conversion and was just curious about the linkage.
