Auxiliary Leaf Spring rear
Give me your opinions. I have a LMC catolog FC.36, on page 108 bottom half of page. Wandering if item number #15 #16 #17 Auxiliary leaf spring will fit my 1979 F150 4x4. I have a five leaf original set on the truck.
These items are listed for 2 wheel drives F100 F150 F250 1973-79. However the 5 leaf spring number 45-2993 for a F250 is the same as page 109 5 leaf spring number 45-2993.
I would think this auxiliary set would fit 2 and 4 wheel drive. The U bolt should be the same right ? or will this be a issue?
Let me know what you think . Overloads kits lift the truck and stiffen the ride, this auxiliary set will not effect the ride until I have a load.
