What are you interested in the billet looking like? I like the Stull Package grilles, they should run around $400. Stull, Carriage works, Putco and many others should have a slat style insert for under $200. Street Scene and Putco will have stamped grilles in the $150 range. I've had better luck using the Stull and Carriage works, they took less tweaking to get the fit acceptable than most of the putco grilles I've installed. Street Scene is a simple install, but I haven't done a ford with it yet.

The inserts will have 4 or more bolts and brackets. The install is loosening the rubber flap between the grille and rad, push the grille in place and put on the brackets and nuts. The packages are unscrew the four screws on top, and unclip the 4 lower clips, remove grille and reinstall the new one using the existing hardware. Street scene is putting the grille in place and pushing the clips so they clamp the metal to the plastic.
