Will do, I just need to find the correct lights that suit my fancy. Believe it or not, the little ghetto ricer lites from Autozone may be a suitable candidate for this. Kind of like the ones that mount to the windshield washers or something similar. I figure I can tie into the dome light so when I click my key fob and the lights come on, the steps can be lit as well.
Yeah for sure take pictures, I was thinking of doing something similar, couldn't decide on which lights though.
You consider adjusting the height of the exhaust pipe, new Up pipe donuts and cleaning the intercooler mods? Thats maintenance
Anywho, i have some steel pipe on the floor, some johnny joints on the way, and i chalked out some shapes on piece of 1/4" plate i dropped off to get cut out today, next weekend i should have them all tacked together
I guess I should have titled the thread "mods or maintenance"
Got the AIC installed last night, but now I need to figure out a new battery tray and install my new Pete cover.
-Centramatic wheel balancers.
-Fix the passenger's side auto hub (it's finally crapping out on me).
Big mods on the shelf:
-Buy a mid 70's Dodge crew cab short bed.
-Drop in a common rail with all the goodies.
-Go out and play.
Of course, I need mega bucks before I can get started, and finances are little tight right now. I already have the green light from the wife, so once the funds come in, I'll be busy.
LOL, now I'm going to get shunned for thinking of crossing over to the dark side. And no, this is no April Fool's joke either, I really do want to get a mid 70's Dodge and do a commonrail conversion. I have an idea for a truck that I've been wanting to do for a while.

Funny that you mention this. My wife caught me off-guard last Friday night while we were enjoying a kid-less happy hour. She asked me how much it would cost to get my Mustang running. (1967 FB in my garage). I about fell out of my chair - didn't drop the beer though... Not necessarily the green light but I started to round up some rough costs on getting that project started. Couldn't believe my ears.

Well, my first real mod... the DIY "tymar air filter system. I have all the parts and if the weather will co-operate a bit I'll tackle it tomorrow.
Then next on my list is a tranny temp gauge.
After that, I'll start to think about tranny fluid replacement and perhaps brake fluid replacement.
Well lets see, 1# Just did the 203 Stat-billet housing. 2# Put on Super Duty sticker that Maevans(Mark) sent me, thanks Mark. 3# Purchase some 7.3 Powerstroke hood emblems 4# Replace front windshield 5# Purchase a Lund sunvisor 6# Back to HP mods 7# Finding the coin for above purchases..haha..
