(Bear with me guys - I'm trying to post a picture with this question
Okay - I have had this Navigator for a year or so. The throttle pedal has very little resistance and if not careful starting up (especially on loose gravel) all four wheels start scratching.
The only throttle return spring I can find is the spring coiled around the throttle body shaft. I do see two places where maybe a regular return spring might go. (See the picture below of the throttle linkage.)
Can anyone confirm if there is supposed to be another spring in there?
There should be a throttle return spring there. Here is a pic of how it is on my truck. It is a 2v rather than the 4v in your truck but I would think it would be similar.
I would go to the hardware store with some rough measurements and an idea of what you'll need and buy a few springs. I'm sure you can find something that will work.
