Loose oil filter cap will..

cause very similar running issues as a failing ICP sensor.

DOH! I had a couple beers when I changed my oil and forgot to torque on the cap. The truck is running like crap on the way home from work,I am thinking not another ICP sensor.LOL Next oil change=less beer

Beer is okay, but you might need to adjust the order of procedure. So, did you get leaking oil all over?

Changed my oil Sat too. Fun stuff.

Not much mess,a little around the housing.I was pretty happy to see the oil as it answered the "what the he!!,it cant be another ICP sensor" question.

Does not the ICP inform the IPR how much to regulate the oil pressure from the HPOP? If that is the case you must have been loosing alot of oil. I hope you did not do any damage to anything else.
