Help With EBPV setting

Just did pedistal orings , glow plugs , o-rings in fuel bowl , oil change . Truck was wacked out for a while maybe some air in the fuel lines , but it still continues to bump and shutter every now and then . It keeps throwing a ICP too low when running and ICP too high when not running , I just replaced the ICP sensor 5 months ago and every thing was fine until I did all the work . The only thing that I may have done was changed the thread position on the EBPV rod , could this be a issue that may be contributing to my problem ? I guess The ICP sensor could be failing again but in seems strange that it just started doing it right from start after I did all the work to it . Maybe I P*ssed the truck off !! Thanks

Did you bump a connector or something while you were working on the turbo?? Make sure everything is plugged in solid. I agree that the ICP could be failing again, but it would be very coincidental. I'm guessing you mean you tightened the waste gate rod, not the ebpv rod, right?? The EBPV rod just opens & closes the butterfly in the outlet.

Whatever rod you un hook when removing the turbo . Also is there a certain adjustment on the turnbuckle because when cleaning I changed the position that it was in ?
