Bolt Size

Dose anyone know the size of the bolt in the crank that holds the pully on?
PO used all thread and lock tight.

1" national fine? I had to clean my threads up and borowed a die. Cant honestly remember.
Cant you get it out?

The all thread used by the previous owner is 5/8.
