Thanks Wendell. Yes, I do believe they are 15 x 8. I was going to contact a custom truck shop down the road from me and see what they say. I want to keep my alcoa's but I also want a lil lift and a lil beefier tire. Not for off roading per say, but mainly for appearance.
Thanks wendall....did it all myself.at first it was set up for dirt drags but the local track fell thru.I tore back into it and set it up for daily and some trail riding.

Your '07 may be different, but my '04 FX4 Level II came with 7" wide Alcoas. 31x10.50x15 is the max size recommended for a 7" rim. When I installed my 32" tires I also changed the wheels to American Eagle 8" wide rims.
Love those old Rangers. I also had a lifted '91 4x4 longbed 5-spd. I miss it... (sniff).
If I hadn't sold mine to someone in L.A., I might think yours could be my old one (I live in Jamul).
Pat
Pat, I bought the truck off a guy here in san diego. In the mission valley area in the late part of 06, that had moved down here from Nevada/lake tahoe area. Back then it had a 6 inch skyjacker kit under it that had spacers under the springs, about 8 inches of lift total. It was way up there.
I do rember seeing a twin to my truck on anouther board that a guy got from SD that took to LA. Think the motor blew in it or something and he was trying to sell it not long ago.
Mines always for sell, for the right price lol.....and Im just over the way from you, up the hill from dhesa
