XLT verses Lariat

I just bought another 02 F250. this one is an XLT, while my other one is a lariat. As you know the XLT does not have the overhead console or the lighted mirrors in the visors, like the Lariat. Does the XLT come with the wiring harness from the factory to supply power to these items, and it is just hidden behind the headliner,etc. or is this an add on harness. I would like to have the computer readout, compass ,etc. that the I have gotten used to.

not sure about that but you may want to look at something like a Scangauge 2.. it will give you all that mpg and trip stuff and more like gauge readouts.. not too expensinve either

Xlt has the plug in the passenger kick panel for the overhead console but you have to get the harness and of course the console. You also need the temp sensor that goes into the grille area. Not sure about the lighted visors.

My 00 doesn't have the lighted visor sadly Jeff7825 has a good write up about an overhead console addition to an XLT.
