How to reprogram FICM???

I have a ficm from an 06 that I want to use in a 03. I have access to Fords IDS system, but I dont know the procedure for reprogramming. Anyone know??? Thanks

You need the info on the 03 FICM to put into the 06.

I have both ficm's i need the procedure on HOW to actually perform it. Programming the 06 module to go into the 03. Thanks
