Crankshaft Position Sensor

Well after 4 and half hours i got my CKP sensor out and swapped. If anyone ever decides to do it on their own i suggest renting a midget with long arms and skinny hands. I tried to remove the A/C compressor to access it easier but ended up only getting one bolt out and the other stripped cause of the horrible angle i had to work on it. So i went and bought a 16" rachet extension and a pivoting adapter and got to the srew holding the sensor in. That was the easy part. Its easier to unplug the sensor while it is still mounted in the hole. But i gave up on that and pulled it out of the hole first. I ended up calling my brother and then he called his friend who happens to be a bean pole. And he was able to reach in there and disconnect it. I recommend a midget rental or taking it to the dealership if anyone has to swap that sucker out.
