My 1960 4x4 pic

Took the truck out yesterday, moved some furniture and got our tree.

My wife looks like a midget next to the tree and truck.

Wow, that thing sits nice! Gotta love the early 4x4's!
(I'm also a little partial to '60 models!)

Rocdril; That is a tuff looking truck. Nice to see them still earning their keep.

Too cool... Merry Christmas to all Ford truck collectors and drivers. Is that truck in corinthian white. Or is that what they called it in the late 50s and early 60s

It used to be corinthian white I think, now I just call it rusty white. When I first got this truck the plan was to restore it, but it has so much character the way it is. We repalced a lot of the mechanicals, and cleaned it up. Its staying rusty white.

If you painted it, it would take another 50 years to look as good as it does now!

F-100, 292, 3 speed on the column, no heat or defrost. The only option it has is the V8. Still a blast to drive though.

heat and defrost are overrated. sounds cool, rowing the gears on the tree. that brings back some memories. enjoy it!

Decorate the tree and take another photo would make a nice CHRISTmas card. Nice truck.
