sorry, my mistake. frankly, i hate the look of a level truck, i like to see some rake to it. therefore i'd be doing a 3/3 lift/level instead of just the front, thus making the rear higher. the worse part about the levelling kits is that any weight in the bed and they sit ***-heavy...
i guess i just don't see the point of a jacked up pavement queen... i mean why waste the money on lift, big rubber, rims, winches and all that jazz if it'll never be put to use?? just my opinion...
lots of good looking pavement queens out there though!!
well i suppose its more of a conservative pavement queen. its not jacked up. just leveled and im probably just going with some SLIGHTLY larger tires. im going to need some soon anyway. im not going any larger than 33's anyway
Got the 557 to finish, I just sunk 4500 into the bottom end, and now have a $4500+ order for Jon Kaase. So I need a second and third job and to sell a few body organs for that.
The 65 needs paint and suspension work, new transmission for the 393, new front sump oil pan. The victor jr's are going to get ported and a new intake setup is on the list too.
The 89 needs to be polished, new K-member for the big block, mini-tub the rear end, cage and new transmisson aswell.
F150, I really want to get 4.88 gears installed this summer and get a Roush Charger for it, then 6" lift and 37's. I need about 5 rich girl friends for all of that, but I am working on it
Then there is the house and garage and back yard that need to get finished.......
So if anyone ever get bored or has nothing to do, I could always use a hand.
Maybe the next Regina FTE meet could be in my garage and include an engine transplant into the 65
So that is my list and I am sure I have missed a few things...........
Fired up my 56 F350. I`m going to extend the flat deck since the previous owner made it too short so I`ll add another foot or so and a headache rack.
That Y-Block sure starts fie and runs super nice!
