That can't be done to my knowledge.
To many parts would have to added or replaced or modified.
The T 19 case don't leave much room to add the gear, and the shifting mechanism would have to be completely modified.
That would make an awsome transmission though.

There's always the option of a gear splitter.

i was thinking of trying to figgure out how to add a like two speed tranny to add a couple gears after fifth, i like to shift at about 1500 for best fuel economy, but it would be nice going down the highway cruising, especially with my 4.10s...
