Just thought i would pass along my latest story about being treated well by a company. When a place I do business with treats me well I like to share the news, as well as when one does me wrong. I sent in the KC lights I have in my bumper to get them repaired under warranty. I got these lights when I traded another set of KC's to my friend for these. The reflectors were rusted because they had layed up in a barn for years. Well i finally got around to sending them in and to my suprise they sent me back a brand NEW pair of lights. I sent them in expecting them to just replace the rusted reflectors. KC lights have a 23 year warranty that covers everything, even burned out bulbs. Its good to know a company stands behind their product, and takes care of the customer when things do go wrong.
