I don't know if this matters but U7153 is for excursions, f150, navigator and expedition w/5.4/4.6

U7152 is for f350/350 and excursion w 6.8/5.4

I know what it says but what can I say..it works 99-03 any 5.4l. I have talked to diablo and they agree its confusing..

If you ask them, they will agree so that you buy the product. The programmer only works for certain vehicles with certain PCMs, so the F350 one would not work with the 150, they have a completely different set up. It might work a little, but chances are it would mess up the truck and make it handle horribly if at all.

I'm sorry you are wrong. Having spent more hours than I want to admit on the phone with diablo I should know what I'm talking about..Plus I would steer no one in the wrong direction..

Early on the U7152 was only for the V10's Diablo changed it a few years ago..
The only thing I know for sure is it works for my 99. all the features work...And I'm also guessing it will work with all the other trucks on the diablo website for the U7153.
Diablo changed their stuff what can I say. When I bought it it was for f250 and 350's.
