the principals behind the system are pretty much the same.

ford uses a compound twin turbo, dodge uses a single...

Well, take away 2 cylinders, go inline vs. V. Changes the block a LOT.

Show us pictures of the frame, suspension, drive shafts, rear diff., transmissions, transfer cases, torque converters, ring gears, brake calipers, and the tow mirrors.

yep there it is. i was waiting for that. I do agree the Cummins engine is great but the truck sucks. been around too many that fell apart way before thier time. Again, the engine is awesome though. I drove about 6 or 8 dodges, 6 or 8 chevys and 4 or 5 Fords and spent about 8 months making my decision. The dodge has the engine for sure. Tons of low end torque and overall great power. The chevy was the quickest 0-80mph and has a allison tranny but then the rest is weak. The Ford has the best overall package providing way more truck than anyone else. It sure doesnt take long to see the difference. Even with that i tried to like the Dodge and Chevy cause i was so scared of the 6.4 but at the end of the day i couldn't make myself buy less truck because of a chance that the new engine would be a flop. Anyway, time will tell i guess.

As the saying goes... they might as well change the name of the Dodge truck to Cummins. They havent offered the V10 for years now. The only reason to buy a Dodge is to get the Cummins. Jury is still out on the 6.7 Cummins as its had as many problems as the 6.4 if not more. 5.9 Cummins rocks but I believe even if you never changed the oil, the engine would out last the rest of the truck.

Honestly Bobby, take away the Cummins engine. Would you still be a Dodge fan?

Bobby I have not heard you follow up on other threads. How can you demean yourself to start fresh battles. Tell 'em straight. You own one Dodge and manage a fleet of FORDS. What is the updates on your FORD fleet.
