How much throttle should it take to kick outa overdrive?

I notice while driving home this morning that it took over 1/2 of the throttle to downshift out of overdrive. Normal?

That sounds normal to me. Try climbing hills with a load in OD with the cruise on. lol. The faster you go the more pedal it takes to down shift out of OD.

Depends on your speed. Mine seems to pop out of OD pretty easy, but it really depends.
