blower fan not working
check all fuses...does not work on any speed....if the you turn the switch to a/c it works when driving...from the wind running throught the vent ports....
truck is XL 99 stick.....with 214,000 on it never had anything go wrong before....

There are two fuses that could take out the blower motor. One is under the dash and the other is out under the hood. Did you check both fuses? If both are good then check the wires going to the motor itself. One should have 12 volts and the other should have a much lower voltage but not necessarily ground due to the blower motor resistor being in the ground circuit. Good luck!
