Engine compartment color
Anyone know where I can find the correct color code(s) for the engine compartment?((firewalls and inner fenders).
1974 F100 S.B. Thanks-Ken

The galvanized? Eastwood has some products, Rustoleum has a couple that would work. Satin black is what a lot guys go for even though it isn't stock.

wasnt the firewall always truck color.. since the can was painted off the frame..
But i'm one for satin black too.. looks good

a buddy of mine has an 84 cheby show truck, and his engine comp is all rhino lined. it is pretty sweet, looks really nice, and easily cleanable.

Inner fenders were galvanized.

Firewall is the body color.

I used rustolium hammered grey spraycans it looks almost like the real galvinized metal.
