Has anyone ran into this issue before? I noticed that the top passenger side idler pulley was bad so I went and got another. When I pulled the old one off it had a black sleeved insert that took up the space between the bolt and the inner pulley bolt guide. Anyhow a part of the sleeve was missing, half of it was gone. I have look just about everywhere and have yet to find anything on it. So here is another description: With the pulley in hand with the bolt slid into the pulley, turned it over and then the tubular black plastic sleeve slid over the bolt taking up the space between the bolt and the interior area of the pulley. I stuck it back on with a portion of the old sleeve. A month later the bearings are going out in the new idler and the belt is squalling. The sleeve was about a inch long, and looking at the end it was shaped like 3 triangles.
