I need to find a source for the connectors that lock into the underhood fuse box. I need to add a relay and repair one. Looked around town, no luck, the dealership just laughed. Im searching the net but dont know exactly what to call the connector in a search. Any Ideas?
Yeah that'll be the last resort. I would like to get new connectors to crimp on instead of butt splicing a pigtail in but if all else fails thats what Ill do.
I found another style terminal that I can get at carquest that will work. No luck on the actual one ford used, couldn't even find them on another connector in the truck.
Does anyone know what the red wire from the positive battery terminal that feeds the connections to the Fuel Pump Relay box is called? I have a 2003 Ford Expedition and about a year ago replaced the relay/fuse box because of a no crank no start issue most of you have had. It resolved my issue but now and the truck was great. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes the car wont start no power or anything but if I shake the connections at the end of the red wire the truck starts right up. I have checked all the connections and nothing is loose. I think there is a short somewhere and wanted to replace it but cannot find out what it is called anywhere/
