Since the glass is flat, most any local glass shop should be able to make it for you. I have templates for the 56 side glass but not for your truck. I'm sure someone on FTE has them and will be along shortly. Bob's Classis Auto Glass (google it) has several items also. I've seen his display booth at show's but I've never purchased from him so I can't comment on that.
A good glass shop should be able to make the templates for you. Best to have them make the templates so if there is a mess up you don't have to pay twice. Priced out the glass, template work and installation for mine it was like $350 Canadian so that's like $35.00 US isn't it? LOL
I had a side window replacement made locally, and it was plenty good for a side window, but not accurate enough for a windshield that needs to seal tightly to the rubber. I'd buy one factory-made, same for the rear. They aren't that much.
Thanks for all your advice. Our local shops did not have templates for my truck, but would make one for an additional charge. I decided to buy from LMC to save a few bucks.
Mike, you might want to check out Amazing Glass in Arlington, I think. Do a search as they have all the patterns and have some great prices. Thier glass comes in a number of tints also.

Amazing Glass is in Angleton, TX. He has a 48-50 truck himself. I gave him the pattern for 1 pc windows in a 48-50. He made me a set of windows in exchange for the pattern. They were perfect. He used to sell on eBay, but I haven't seen him there lately. Was a real nice guy and his prices were good. I wouldn't hesitate to use him.
