m5r2 rebuild
1995 m5r2 4x4 300 six what should the end play be on the input shaft, and is there anything special to look for or tricks that could save some headache

Take your time, make sure everything is CLEAN and organized. I did mine in 2 days at school, which was about 8 hours. Make sure when you rebuild that you replace the 3 rubber shift rail plugs with the metal freeze plug style. It will save lots of headahces.
