That is the wire that controls the IPR.

thank you. i really wish it wasnt on that same harness as all the fuel stuff, I was hoping to eliminate the whole thing

the one on the back of the hpop is the ipr. injection pressure regulator. no connection there = no running truck

Ya I just wish they didnt have it in the same harness. It would be so much cleaner without it. I guess I could always shorten it and wire wrap it like the factory wires.
