Glow plugs

Glow plugs
On my 7.3 on my left side of the engine there are bubbles of diesel fuel leaking from my glow pugs, and my right side of the engine is completely dry. And when I go to pull out my first glow plug on the left it won't come all the way out, has anybody else had this problem or know how to fox it? Thanks

No their not motocraft I think beru that's what they say on them, the guy that I bought the truck from said the gp were all replaced but their a different brand and a little bit longer then the ones that are in in engine
